Training evaluation system

We use the famous Kirkpatrick model of training evaluation so our tool assesses training outcome on four levels

  • reactions - did the participants find the training relevant and helpful?
  • learning - did the participants acquire new knowledge and skills?
  • behaviour - did the training transfer to the job?
  • results - did the training have a positive organisational impact?

The tool has an automatic report generator, can be easily emailed and is written in Microsoft Excel.
