Coaching needs analysis

Executive Coaching Centre can provide a comprehensive coaching needs analysis tool. This covers a total of 30 competencies relevant to senior and middle management. The competences each have three levels of behavioural descriptors - developing, mastery, developing others. The tool has an automatic report generator, can be easily emailed and is written in Microsoft Excel.
