M&As:
Prior to establishing Strategy Inc Limited in 2003, Christine was extensively involved in M&A activities in both leadership and specialist team roles:
- Leadership: Led the evaluation, acquisition and integration of three insurance companies in New Zealand and contributed at senior executive level to the acquisition and integration of a multi-line financial services organisation. Co-managed the due diligence, acquisition, and business integration of an insurer in Canada.
- Specialist Team Leader: Directed the communications activities (public, customer, staff, media) of two major Canadian financial services acquisitions. Developed and project managed the post acquisition business integration (all elements thereof) of one, and the distribution channel, product line, market, customer base integration plans of the other.
