From an early career in personnel management and counselling, Laraine has focused in recent years on assisting organisations and individuals during structural change. She has expertise in coaching and career transition and, facilitation and managing HR projects. Worked in professional services firms, manufacturing, financial services and the public and not for profit sectors.

Change Management
Numerous change management projects e.g. managing the Human Resources function, and providing the full range of career transition support to staff, for a financial services company during an office closure.

Career Transition
Early career experience in Vocational Guidance and more than 25 years subsequent experience working with individuals in a wide variety of occupations - professional services, management, semi-skilled and trades staff.

Coaching and Facilitation
- Many years experience dealing with issues of people joining organisations, their work performance, career development and leaving organisations.
- This experience has come from formal Human Resource Manager roles and as an HR Consultant to two international management consulting firms; and as an independent consultant.
- Experience with Human Synergistics, 360 feedback, and psychometric assessment tools.
Organisation Development
10 years self employed advising small and medium sized businesses on the key HR issues which they must address to grow and develop their businesses. Work has included:
