Project Management - Large Pharmaceutical Company:
The client found that internal projects, key to the organisation's growth and future success, were not delivering the necessary benefits. Rachel worked with the client to produce a Project Management framework and toolkit specific to their needs that could be used by internal Project Managers to support them with the success of internal projects.
Customer Relationship Management - Large Membership Organisation:
Led a client project team in a huge organisational project under the banner of Customer Relationship Management. The project began with a review of the current organisational mission and strategy. The main focus of the project was to create a self-managed team within the client to drive the changes. This task involved some knowledge transfer of CRM and also involved recruiting and training a project manager. The project objectives were to create a culture of uniformly excellent customer service. This staff-led project continues successfully today.
Business Process Improvement - Trade Union:
Led a project to enable a large trade union to improve document management and business processes organisation-wide in order to improve services to members. This was achieved through facilitating workshops with all levels of staff.

Executive Coaching Experience
Senior Manager, Charity Sector, NZ
The client was overcommitted professionally and personally, resulting in detrimental affects on his health, happiness and young family. Using the Potentiality Framework for Success© allowed the client to get clear on his values and priorities and looked at skills and techniques for managing expectations and relationships for those responsibilities he wished to remove or reduce from his life.
Deputy Chief Executive, Membership Organisation, UK
Advised on issues pertaining to organisational strategy and the relationships within the Senior Management Team and between the SMT and staff. This mentoring relationship also focused on more personal issues in relation to the success of a large change project and the individual's personal and career concerns.
Business Development Manager, NZ
Worked one-on-one with the client to clarify his core values and use these as a template for career decisions and to make several large lifestyle decisions. The client felt the benefits of external assistance were: the holistic approach to professional and personal life, getting clear (and documented) what was really important to them (that is, core values).
Marketing Executive, Publications, NZ
The client felt frustrated in her current job, but was uncertain what she wished to do and what she might enjoy, and hence was having difficulty setting long-term goals. The Potentiality Framework for Success© assisted her in understanding what was important, and what might be her subsequent career steps. The processes had the following outcomes:
- Helped manage short-term stress of the current negative work environment
- Reduced the fear in the uncertainty of the future
- Clarified core values
- Allowed the setting of short- and medium-term goals
Project Manager, Large Optician, UK
