ECC provides services both to senior management and to individual executives to help achieve a better balance home and work demands
Initial meeting
This first meeting establish the context of the programme. This meeting is typically with senior management and can also involve the executives who are directly involved in the programme.
Assessment
This process uses management and staff surveys to develop an understanding of the areas of work pressure and the range of possible factors that would help to alleviate this. We could develop a specially tailored survey based on your needs. The survey could be web-based, email based or paper based.
Coaching
We would work to help management identify stress factors and how to reduce these. In addition we can work with individual executives to coach them in coping techniques.
